Each session moves from goal to decision: what you want, where you stand, your options, what you will do.

What we work on together

I come as a peer: a business owner who brings questions, costed options and a frank opinion. The decision stays yours.

  • Preparing a difficult decision

    The options, their costed consequences, the fallback scenario, what to say and to whom.

  • Preparing the moments that matter

    Board meeting, bank meeting, key hire, negotiation with a partner.

  • Getting time back

    What needs to reach you, what no longer does, and who to hand it to.

  • Making your committee decide

    Agenda, decision log, roles, and your place in the room.

  • Keeping your own plan

    Your priorities for the quarter, reviewed every month.

What you get

  • One-to-one sessions on organisation and leadership, using the GROW model

Targets

  • 90-day target: 1 to 2 hours a week handed back to your diary, from recurring meetings and decisions.
  • 6-month target: The 5 most recurring decisions, each with a named decision-maker.
  • What I build on: 22 years of football, up to national level, and a small team of coaches led for six years.My background

A target is something to aim for, not a promise: it is measured in your business, from your own baseline.

Format

Regular one-to-one sessions

One to one, at your premises, in Paris or by video call. A non-disclosure agreement signed at your request; if your company pays for the coaching, what is said in sessions stays between you and me. Fees on request, confirmed in writing before we start.

What I draw on

  • Sport: 22 years of football, up to national level.
  • The club: A small team of coaches, led for six years in a premium sports club in Paris.
  • My companies: I founded THG Conseil in 2022, then THG Distributions in 2023: I sign for my own companies.
  • TotalEnergies: I organise the committees of a department and its units, record the decisions and follow them through.

To be precise

I claim no coaching certification. I have worked from time to time with business owners (advisory work, governance, crisis management), but have not yet run one-to-one coaching for a client: this coaching rests on my practice as a business owner, on the team of coaches I led and on the governance I organise on assignments. In my personal life, I also support people close to me in their decisions.

What I don’t do

  • I do no therapy, life coaching or skills assessment.
  • I give no investment or wealth management advice.
  • I don’t recruit for you.
