The site is made of static pages and files. It uses no database and no storage of personal data.

It presents THG CONSEIL, its services, its method and the background of its managing director, and it offers self-service documents. It sells nothing and takes no payment. No account is created. It contains no form: to reach its managing director, you call or you write.

The services presented are aimed at businesses and their leaders. They are covered by a written proposal, outside this site, and are offered to professionals for the purposes of their business, not to consumers. The self-service documents are open to everyone.

The templates, guides, one-page sheets and workbooks in the Resources tab are self-service: you download them without signing up and without paying anything. For this, THG CONSEIL grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, valid worldwide for the duration of the rights, within the limits set out below.

• What you may do: use them within your business, adapt them to your figures, print them and share them with your teams.
• What needs THG CONSEIL’s written consent: reselling them, republishing them (on a website, a social network or a document platform) or building them into a commercial offer. To make a document known, share the link to its page.
• No warranty: they are general templates, supplied as they are. You remain responsible for the figures you enter and the decisions you take. Check the formulas after any change. This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct and does not limit the rights that the law gives to consumers.
• Neither lawyer nor accountant: these documents replace neither your lawyer nor your accountant. Anything touching on law or accounting is handled with your lawyer and your accountant.
